If Eviatro already has a public profile that represents you, use the controlled claim workflow to submit it for review. A profile claim does not automatically verify or publish a profile.
Submit a claim
Use the claim action on that profile, sign in, and provide the requested identity assertions for review.
Track the review
Return to My claims to see the current claim state and respond if additional information is requested.
What the claim workflow does
Claims are reviewed through Eviatro's controlled provider-operations workflow. Reviewers can request more information, approve or reject a claim according to the platform's approved verification process.
Claim ownership, professional verification and public publication are separate states. Claim approval alone does not bypass professional or facility verification/publication controls.
