Trust & verification

Understand the profiles you see.

Make an informed start to your care journey by understanding verification, practice locations and the limits of public profile information.

What a verified profile means

A profile shown in Eviatro's public directory has passed the platform's verification and public-visibility checks. Verification is not a guarantee of treatment quality or a recommendation for your individual medical needs.

Listed practice locations

A listed practice location links a professional to an eligible healthcare facility on Eviatro. Review the location and consultation options on the profile before continuing.

Claiming is separate from verification

A successful ownership claim connects a person to the profile they represent. It does not automatically verify the professional or make the profile publicly visible.

Learn about profile claims

Booking requires sign-in

When a profile offers online booking, you continue to the Patient app and sign in before viewing available slots or submitting an appointment. Only a confirmed booking should be treated as an appointment.

Why some profiles are unavailable

A profile may not appear while its information, verification or practice relationship is under review. Directory availability does not represent every healthcare professional or facility in an area.

Protect your personal information

Do not put patient records, clinical reports or unrelated sensitive information into a public profile claim. Private account and appointment information belongs in the appropriate signed-in journey.
