How do I find a professional?
Search by name or specialty, then add a city, locality or PIN code if you need to narrow the results. Open a profile to review its practice locations and consultation options.
Search professionalsWhy are there no search results?
Try removing a filter or searching a wider area. If the directory is empty without filters, there are currently no profiles available to discover there. More profiles become visible after review; there is no need to keep repeating the same search.
How do I book an appointment?
Open an available professional profile and choose a consultation option with online booking. Continue to the Patient app, sign in, review the available slots and confirm your appointment. Some profiles do not offer online booking.
Where can I manage an appointment?
Sign in to the Patient app to view appointment details and any available cancellation or rescheduling actions. Check the details shown for that appointment before making a change.
I cannot sign in
Enter your mobile number with its country code. Use the verification code sent to that number. If a code expires or cannot be verified, request a new code through the sign-in page. Never share a code with another person.
How do I claim my profile?
Find the existing professional profile that represents you, select its claim action and sign in. Submit the requested information and return to My claims to track the review.
Profile claimsI represent a clinic or hospital
Review the information for your type of organization. A professional profile claim is for an existing professional profile; it is not a facility registration or an automatic listing request.
