Who operates Eviatro
Eviatro is operated by PROMOBAL DIGITAL COMMUNICATION PVT LTD. Business address: Pocket 10, Ground Floor, 55, Sector 24, Rohini, Delhi, 110085. These terms cover use of Eviatro's public healthcare directory and describe the next steps into account, profile-claim and appointment journeys. They do not replace conditions presented for a particular appointment or healthcare service.
Finding healthcare
Eviatro helps you discover healthcare professionals, clinics and hospitals and compare profile information. The directory does not include every provider in an area. Profile information and consultation fees can change; confirm current details with the provider before visiting. A listing, an ownership claim and a verification badge have different meanings.
Appointments
Online booking is available only when an eligible practice offers appointments through Eviatro. Opening a profile or selecting a time does not by itself confirm an appointment. Treat the appointment as confirmed only when the booking journey shows confirmation. Follow the cancellation or rescheduling options available for that appointment.
Fees and provider conditions
A displayed consultation fee describes the provider's service and should be confirmed with the provider. Review any payment, cancellation or refund conditions presented for the service before proceeding. These terms do not create a fixed consultation price, a refund guarantee or a guarantee of appointment availability.
Accounts and profile claims
Provide accurate information, protect your account and verification codes, and use only accounts or patient profiles you are authorized to access. Submit a provider claim only when you are authorized to represent that profile. Claim approval does not automatically verify the provider or enable appointments.
Responsible use
Do not impersonate another person, submit false profile or claim information, access another person's private information without authorization, misuse verification codes or attempt to disrupt the website. Use support and claim channels for their stated purposes and avoid sending unnecessary medical records through general enquiry channels.
Healthcare and emergencies
Healthcare professionals and facilities provide clinical care. Eviatro's directory information does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional, and verification does not guarantee a clinical outcome. Eviatro is not an emergency service. In a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.
Privacy and corrections
The Privacy notice explains the information used by the website and how to contact Eviatro about privacy. Report inaccurate profile information or account concerns using the appropriate support contact. Do not include passwords, verification codes or unnecessary medical information in a support message.
