Public directory information
The directory displays healthcare professional and facility information, including names, specialties, qualifications, practice locations and consultation details when available. Public profile information is visible to website visitors and may appear in search engines. A public listing does not make private patient account or appointment information public.
Search information
You can search using a provider name, specialty, city, locality, state or PIN code. These inputs are used to return matching directory results. They appear in the requested results URL and may be included in browser history and technical request records. Do not enter medical records, passwords or verification codes in public search fields.
Cookies and website infrastructure
Public browsing does not require an account. If you use a signed-in website feature, authentication session cookies support that access. Browser settings let you manage cookies, but blocking session cookies can affect signed-in features. The website uses Supabase for backend directory and authentication functions. Website hosting and network infrastructure process the requests needed to deliver pages; requests include standard network information such as the requested URL and IP address.
Corrections and privacy requests
To ask about information on a public profile, request a correction or removal, or raise a privacy concern, contact privacy@eviatro.com. Include the affected profile URL and explain your request. We may need information sufficient to confirm that you are the person concerned or are authorized to act for them before handling a request. Avoid sending passwords, verification codes or unnecessary medical records.
Other websites and healthcare providers
A profile or support page may link to a healthcare provider or another website. Information you provide directly to that service is handled under its own applicable privacy practices. This notice does not describe the clinical records maintained by independent healthcare professionals or facilities.
